Q: Data storage and privacy?
A: DoSimple! uses the storage space of your device and your iCloud to save your data, and synchronizes your data to other devices which are logged in the same iCloud account. This software will never share/upload your data to other databases.
Q: How can I see today's ToDos at a glance?
A: You can use Widgets. Widgets will refresh its data at midnight automatically.
Q: Why I cannot set a reminder?
A:
If the reminder time you set is earlier than the current time, the reminder will not be created. When the reminders have been triggered, the reminder icon will be no longer shown in the app.
Q: How can I check the ToDos which were finished in the past 30 days?
A: You can check them on the Calendar. The completed ToDos will not be highlighted on the Calendar. If you uncheck a completed ToDo, it will be moved to the current date when you open the app next time.
Q: Why my reminders does not synchronize to my other devices?
A: First, please be sure that all of your devices are logged into the same iCloud account and enable the background refresh. When you set a reminder on one device, other devices logged into the same iCloud account will automatically synchronize the reminder. However, this feature will be disabled based on factors such as your device's network and battery power.
Q: The influence of changing timezone for ToDos?
A: When you create a ToDo, you will see it in your local time zone. Todos adapt to the new time zone if the time zone of your iPhone is changed after a ToDo is created. For example, a 9 AM PST ToDo changes to a 12 PM ET ToDo if you travel from Los Angeles to Boston.
Q: The influence of changing timezone for Reminders?
A: Reminders always show up at the same hour regardless of time zone. For example, a 9 AM PST reminder becomes a 9 AM ET reminder if you travel from Los Angeles to Boston.
